POLICIES
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment as you may be required to fill out necessary paperwork to ensure that our information is correct and your services run as smoothly as possible. Feel free to call and check on your service provider’s appointment status, we strive to be on time, but sometimes run early or late. Our Salon Coordinator will gladly suggest a delicious hot/cold beverage when you arrive to start your relaxing time at Head to Toe Salon & Spa. If there is anything that we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Reminder Calls
We call one day ahead of your scheduled appointment to remind you of the time and date of your appointment. We also send a reminder email 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations
We require 2 hours notice when canceling appointments. Failure to notify (No Show) the salon may result in the Pre-Paid full cost for your next appointment.
Children in the Salon
As we strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for those receiving services, we request that children not be left unattended. Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult to receive services .
Quality Service Policy
We are proud to offer you high quality professional salon products and services. During the consultation with your service provider they will be asking questions that will help them properly analyze your specific needs. During the service they will be informing and teaching you exactly what you need to repair and maintain the services that you receive. All of our services and products are 100% guaranteed, providing you follow the prescribed regimen. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your services, please notify management via phone or email within 2 weeks of your visit. A customer service complaint should be reported immediately. As we strive to exceed your Salon and Spa expectations.
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards for any service or dollar amount. Cards may be purchased over the phone, or at the salon. They may only be redeemed for services or products.

*Gift Cards must be presented at time of check-in. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you do not have your gift card at the time your service is preformed, you are expected to pay in full for services rendered.
