As of April 1, 2019 all spa services and all salon services over 60 minutes will need a valid credit card to make and hold appointments.
All credit card information will be kept on file in our secure database in an encrypted, password protected file. Absolutley no charges will be billed to the card on file without notice or approval.
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Our Service providers want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen. Although we have always had a 24 hour cancellation policy, circumstances have caused us to enforce a policy of charging for no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
As of April 1,2019; if we do not receive a call to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of reserved appointment time. Head to Toe Salon & Spa reserves the right to assess a fee of $25.00.
We also reserve the right to terminate relations with any client that continually does not show up for scheduled appointments.
