Absolutely no charges will be billed to the card on file without notice or approval.
All service adjustments must be performed within two weeks of initial appointment & with the original team member or additional charges may be applied.
Our Service providers want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our clients. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an opportunity to be seen, and the Service Provider does NOT get paid.
Head to Toe Salon & Spa reserves the right to assess a fee of $25.00 for NO SHOW appointments.
We also reserve the right to terminate relations with any client that continually does NOT show up for scheduled appointments.

Salon retail products, may be returned within 14 days of purchase and no more then 30% may be used for a retail credit.
No cash refunds are given on gift certificates or retail purchases.
We do not issue cash refunds on salon services. However, should you have any concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 48 hours of your service.
Return Check Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash or local personal checks. Please be aware there is a $35 return check fee.
